The Church Video Licence is location specific, not mobile, and is only valid for one physical location nominated by the church. A CVL with a nominated location of the church's physical address would not cover that church's religious education classes held at another location, such as a school. A CVL could be taken up by the church, nominating a school's address as the location, and that CVL would then grant permission for the church's activities in that location.
